Who can get BT Home Essentials?

New or existing BT customers can apply, You will also need to be recieving one of the following benifits to qualify:

  • Universal Credit (All Claimants)
  • Pension Credit (Guarantee Credit)
  • Employment and Support Allowance
  • Job Seekers Allowance
  • Income Support

Do not forget you`ll need your National Insurance Number when you order, so that BT can check that your are in fact eligible.

How do I get Home Essentials?

You can switch over for no extra charge if you are an existing BT, EE or Plusnet broadband customers who is eligible for BT`s Home Essentails Package.
